Day 1

On arrival at Leh airport will transfer you to your hotel in Leh. Upon arrival, proceed for check-in at your hotel.Since you are reaching an altitude of 4000 mtrs approximately from 200 mtrs in just one hour’s time, you may be excited and would want to explore everything on your very first day. However, it is your body which needs to get acclimatized to such height and climate. Take some rest and get acclimatized . In the evening visit to visit to Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace & Market. Stay overnight in Leh.

SIGHTSEEING : Shanti Stupa leh

Shanti Stupa is a white-domed Buddhist stupa on a hilltop in Leh. The Stupa was built in 1991 by Japanese Buddhist Bhikshu who was the part of Peace Pagoda mission.There is a huge idol of Buddha placed inside the Stupa which was enshrined by the 14th Dalai Lama..The stupa has become a tourist attraction not only due to its religious significance but also due to its location which provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.The beauty of Shanti Stupa takes a level up at night, especially during the full moon night when it is naturally illuminated by the moonlight.

Day 2



After breakfast, check out from the Hotel enroute Hall of fame, Gurudwara Pathar sahib, Magnetic Hill , Sangam of the Rivers, later further drive to Kargil via Lamayuru, mesmerizing Moon Landscapes (you will understand now the reason behind this region being referred to as “Moonland” – exactly similar formations of land are visible as on the moon), Lamayuru is spectacularly located along The valley plain and surrounded by mountains on all sides. Finally you arrive at Kargil for an overnight stay at your Hotel

SIGHTSEEING : Gurudwara Pathar Sahib

Gurudwara Pathar Sahib sits on the Srinagar-Leh Road at some 25 km from Leh. Much revered by people of all faiths, it is dedicated to Guru Nanak. Going by the folklore, it was built to house an unmovable boulder. Back in the year 1970, this boulder was discovered during the road construction but could not be moved by any machine. As per the story, Guru Nanak appeared in the dreams of monks, the construction workers and the Army and asked them not to remove the boulder! Thus, a gurudwara was built to preserve the same. Almost all the vehicles on the stretch take a stop at the gurudwara to pay respect and pray for a safe journey on the rather treacherous roads.

SIGHTSEEING : Hall of Fame, Leh

Hall of Fame is a museum which was built in memory of the brave soldiers who lost their lives fighting for India at the Indo-Pakistan war.This museum is maintained by Indian Army.The Museum showcases seized arms and amenities of Pakistani Army, pictures and biographies of brave soldiers.It also displays Siachen area, exhibiting apparel and amenities used by the Indian Army in the region.Inside the museum, one can also witness items related to Ladakhi culture, history, vegetation and wildlife found across the globe.

SIGHTSEEING : Leh Palace, Leh

Leh Palace is a former royal palace overlooking the Ladakhi Himalayan town of Leh. The palace was built by King Sengge Namgyal in the 16th century. Leh Palace is nine storeys high, the upper floors accommodated the royal family, while the lower floors held stables and store rooms.Leh Palace is an excellent example of medieval Tibetan architecture.The walls of the palace was constructed with wood and mud helps keep the scorching heat away, thus the palace has a soothing and pleasant temperature inside.The entrance of the palace is decorated with wood carved figurines. The roof top of the palace provides spectacular views of the mountain and the entire town which attracts the tourist from all around.

SIGHTSEEING : Magnetic Hill

Magnetic Hill is a gravity hill located near Leh in Ladakh, India. The hill is alleged to have magnetic properties strong enough to pull cars uphill and force passing aircraft to increase their altitude in order to escape magnetic interference in reality, the effect is an optical illusion created by the gravity hill. The “magnetic hill” is located on the Leh-Kargil-Baltik national highway, about 30 km from Leh, at a height of 14,000 feet above sea level. On its eastern side, flows the Sindhu, which originates in Tibet and goes to Pakistan The hill is located on the Leh-Kargil-Batalik national highway, and is bordered by the Sindhu river. The Indian Army maintains a sikh Gurudwara near the hill where Guru Nanak Dev, the first of the Ten Gurus of Sikhism, meditated in the 15th century. Due to both the Gurudwara and the gravity hill, the area has become a popular sightseeing destination.


Sangam Valley is a 48 kilometre drive from Leh and is the confluence of the rivers Indus and Zanskar. Just the view of Sangam Valley from the road above it can make you swoon in ecstasy. The colours of the two rivers can be distinctly seen at the confluence. It is an amazing place to sit, relax, and enjoy a picnic with family and friends.

Day 3



After an early breakfast , we will start our drive towards Drass – the second coldest inhabited place on earth after Siberia. Visit the Drass War Memorial. Start back for Leh . Enroute to Leh sightseeing at Alchi. Crossing through Sham Valley. Return back to Leh and check into your hotel for overnight stay at Leh. Rest of the evening free on own.

SIGHTSEEING : Alchi Monastery Leh

Alchi Monastery is situated in the bank of Indus River and shares a distance of 70 km from Leh.It is Considered as one of the oldest Buddhist learning centers in Northern India.Alchi is an ancient Monastery,constructed by Guru Rinchen Zangpo between 958 and 1055 AD.The elaborate artwork along with wood carving and the amazing huge ancient statues of Buddha attract the tourists from all around.Tourists across the globe explore this place just to enjoy the heavenly beauty and to experience the ancient architecture of the monastery temples.

SIGHTSEEING : Drass Valley

The Drass valley starts from the base of the Zojila pass, the Himalayan gateway to Ladakh. For centuries its inhabitants are known to have negotiated this formidable pass even during the most risky period in the late autumn or early spring, when the whole sector remains snow-bound and is subject to frequent snow storms, to transport traders merchandise across and to help stranded travellers to traverse it. By virtue of their mastery over the pass they had established a monopoly over the carrying trade during the heydays of the Pan-Asian trade. A hardly people enduring with fortitude and harshness of the valley winter, the inhabitants of Drass can well be described as the guardians of Ladakh gateway. The inhabitants here are Dard and Muslims. There is a bank and tourist bungalow in Drass.

SIGHTSEEING : Drass Village

Drass is around 60 Kms. to the west of Kargil on the road to Srinagar. The place has beautiful pasture grounds and majestic mountain peaks surrounding it. Drass is the second coldest inhabited place in the world, where the temperature goes as low as - 50 in winter. Drass has become famous in recent years because of Pakistan’s misadventure in the Tiger hill and Tolloling areas. One can have a lovely view of Tiger hill from Drass village. The inhabitants in Drass consist mainly of the Dards stock, an Aryan race believed to have originally migrated to these villages of the western Himalaya from Central Asian steppes. The language they speak is Shina, which is very much unlike the Ladakhi dialects spoken elsewhere in the Ladakh region. Polo is the favorite time pass of the inhabitants of Drass.

SIGHTSEEING : Kargil Museum

The Munshi Aziz Bhat Museum of Central Asian And Kargil Trade Artefacts is a family-operated, public museum located in the town of Kargil, in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. The museum has on display objects that circulated along the trade routes between Ladakh and Yarkand, as well as other are material relics.

Day 4



Early morning proceed to Nubra Valley via the World’s Highest Motorable road (5602 Mts) Khardungla pass. 
Khardung la Pass (18,380ft above sea level): It is not very often that one gets to drive on a road at an altitude of 18,380 feet. That is where Khardungla Pass, meaning the ‘Pass of Lower Castle,’ is located on the way from Leh to the Nubra Valley in Ladakh. It is the highest motorable road in the world as signs put up by the Border Roads Organization proudly proclaim.From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level.

Arrive Nubra Valley and proceed for a visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You will definitely be overwhelmed to see the Bactrian Camels (Shaggy double hump Camel) around sand dunes and also take a ride on the Double Humped Camel here.

Nubra Valley: Popularly called the orchard of Ladakh, Nubra valley offers a graceful view of yellow and pink wild roses in summer and a carpet of wild lavender in the post-monsoon season. Thereafter, check in at Hotel.Evening at leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Nubra is a tri-armed valley located to the north east of Ladakh valley.The original name of Nubra was Ldumra which means valley of flowers.The average altitude of the valley is about 10,000 ft. above the sea level..The valley offers tremendous scenery on a grand scale, with green oasis villages surrounded by thrillingly stark scree slopes, boulder fields and harsh arid mountains. It is one of the must visit places in Ladakh if you are visiting for the first time.

SIGHTSEEING : Khardung La Pass

Khardung La is a mountain pass in the Ladakh region of Jammu and Kashmir.It lies north of Leh and is the gateway to the Shyok and Nubra valleys.The elevation of Khardung La is 17,582 ft.It is a famous attraction for adventure seekers.Biking at Khardung La Pass is something visitors shouldnot miss. It was opened to public motor vehicles in 1988 and has since seen many automobile, motorbike and mountain biking expeditions. The pass is historically important also as it lies on the major caravan route from Leh to Kashgar in Central Asia. The thrill of visiting the highest pass in the world will churn up your emotions.

Day 5



Morning after Breakfast proceed for Diskit Monastery. Post the Diskit Monastery, proceed for backward journey to Leh, once again driving via Khardungla pass the World Highest Motorable road. Evening explore Leh bazaar for souvenir and some shopping on your own. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6



Morning after breakfast drive to Pangong Lake on the Indo China border. Enroute you will cross Changla Pass, the third highest motorable road in the world.

Pangong Lake: The picturesque lake is one of the major draws of the Leh-Ladakh valley. a location of several film shootings and known for its pristine waters surrounded by awe-inspiring mountains, Pangong Lake is a prime tourist attraction. The long and narrow lake lies in the neighbourhood of the famous Chushul Mountains. The mirror-calm water is cold, clear and extremely salty. The lake is a breeding ground for a variety of birds.In the evening check in at your camps in Pangong. Dinner and overnight stay at the camps.

SIGHTSEEING : Pangong Lake

Pangong Lake, is an endorheic lake in the Himalayas situated at a height of about 14,270 ft. The Lake is 134 km long and extends from India to China. Approximately 60 of the lake lies in China. The lake is 5 km wide at its broadest point. The lake freezes completely during winters, despite being saline water. The Lake has no fish or other aquatic life in the lake, except for some small crustaceans, but there are numerous ducks and gulls over and on the lake surface. There is a variety of birds including a number of migratory birds and a number of species of wildlife including the kiang and the Marmot.

Day 7



Wake up calls by the migratory birds this morning. Indulge in the walk beside the lake or go for a photography splurge. Later depart for Leh. On arrival at Leh, check into your hotel. Rest of the day free on own. You may enjoy the evening at leisure on your own.Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Tour concludes. Thanks you for your patronage. Transfer to Leh Airport to catch the flight to your onward Destination.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Transport and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • Tourists suffering from breathing or heart related problems should consult their doctor before visiting Ladakh. Otherwise, if you let your body acclimatize properly, Ladakh is safe for all. Avoid smoking/drinking here.
  •  Only post-paid mobile phones work in Leh-Ladakh, preferably BSNL, Airtel and Jio. As phones may not work in many places, keep your family members informed well in advance not to worry if they fail to contact you.
  • You would hardly find any cellular network in most of the areas in Leh. BSNL works better here, however, you would find Airtel and Jio signals also at some places (Leh, Hunder and Diskit).
  • Don’t expect high-speed internet in Ladakh.
  •  While travelling on the mountains, keep drinking water and eating healthy food and fruits to avoid high altitude sickness and dizziness due to curvy roads, low air pressure and dry air.
  • Carry headache, stomachache, anti-vomiting tablets with you.
  • Leh has some ATM machines where you can withdraw cash. These machines witness long queues of customers during peak season and run out of cash many times. Non-connectivity is another issue. So carrying enough cash is advisable.
  • Please respect the Buddhist and Muslim culture of Ladakh. People of all communities here believe in brotherhood and harmony and respects the tourists. The residents expect the same from the tourists.
  • Accommodation in Pangong is largely in tented camps with attached basic washrooms.

  • Only 20 members in each group. Booking closes as soon the seats are full.
  • Rs.15000/- per person as booking amount should be made upon confirmation of the tour
  • Balance amount to be made before 30 days of tour departure
  • Availability of seats is purely on first come basis
  • RTPC test Negative Reort is necessary before 48 hours of departure.This is as of now and may change by the time of travel date with new/revised covid protocols
